I can play the song, but your version is much more complex! The thing is, I play F-E-D-D--C-D-G-G rather than F-E-D-D--D-C-G-G (I think that's how you're playing) and on the first time around on the chorus, that last chord should be G-C#-E rather than G-C-E, but you play the G-C-E on the second time around. Also, a suggestion is that after that D chord at the end of the chorus, try playing a minor third interval from F#, except one octave higher, to give an "echo" sound.
