@mangioni13 It is a pistol and it is specified at the federal level. The firearm is imported into the country as a pistol and therefore does not have to be 922r compliant. At State level, there one runs into different laws and requirements. In CA the firearm has to be imported in and sold as a single shot and has to have a bullet button. Once it is sold, the buyer can then use 10 round mags (the max in CA).
It wasnt the ammo - there was binding(drag) between the bolt carrier and receiver. Since this video I removed a very small amount of metal from both sides of the receivers upper rails and the pistol works perfect now.
@lazerz4eyez The bolt carrier was dragging on the inside rails of the receiver - a small amount of filing that loosened the fit fixed the problem. The Draco works 100% now

My draco has never jamed on me from day 1.I have put a drop of oil on every 10 shells i put in the mag and it works for my H&K MOD 91

Got a question. When you buy that is it cosidered buying a rifle or pistol. Cause in Illinois you have weird rules?

Probably bad ammo. Some of the wolf ammunition i've been using lately has had dud primers.
