The Kyrios is practically the same as the Airos. Additional differences are: To way it transforms, the pace of the GN drive (if im correct) and the twin GN machine gun on both of its lower arms. Oh yeah, and Arios doesn't have a shield.
Overall, my opinions is that the Kyrios is way better than the Arios. I miss that machine from 2nd season.

Damn. That looks AWESOME. He re-painted and treated it so that it looks weathered and used rather than pristine. He must have spent DAYS on that.
