Fully aware of the dangers of a triple post, I shall make a helpful comment, to be considered at your leisure: When you use snare/bass/reverb rises, try to move the song somewhere dynamically with them. For example, the rise at 0:46, crescendo the ENTIRE song. It's kind of a huge downer when you get that sexy snare rise, and then nothing happens after. Gives an almost random feeling to it--good, if intended, but not to be overused. ;)

@ForbiddenMelody i agree, any good trance song with a good buildup has to have that big drop of the beat, its like riding goliath you have your buildup as you ascend and at the very peak of it you just freaking drop with a rush of intensity. though i think she kinda had that when she got into the wedding dress part

Ugh, bass is off. Try automating your stuff after you put in, itd help alot. btw, the basic structure for technoish music is kick on 1234 snare on 2 and 4, and high hat on off beats. btw, I prefer reason and fruity loops for music making, logic over complicates work flow imo. just for :@ AND bass is NOT usually on kick as well. kick bass kick bass. almost NO mixing/eq. but what ever, its your first song. GLHF. nice melodies.

It needs a title and you need like a logo instead of the background. :3 I think that you can make it either a bit faster or slower, depending on what kind of feel you're pushing for. Also alternate intensities, instead of everything at a solid, steady feel.

keep either bass' rhythm or the notes, and change either/or. a bit repititve with the bass. if you're working on a hardcore techno, then this path is fine. If ure more instrumental *piano etc* throw those in and lighten up a bit on the techno parts to balance it out.

also make a title that will help listeners to get the techno, and theres a lot out there. trust me 8D
