@JacoThe2nd It has more to do with the balance of the bass. Thunderbirds are notoriously neck-heavy (I've had two). My '87 'Bird had the strap button on the 'horn' and it was a bitch to keep the thing from 'diving' (for lack of a better word). My well-worn '91 had the strap button on the heel and was better balanced.

@ExtremeBogom When you use phrases such as "taking over", it makes a mockery of the whole situation. There is a possibility that Muslims could become the majority in some Western European countries, if things carry on the way they are headed. I see that as a huge problem. Now we get into why that's a problem. It makes sense to look at the Muslim world. What do we find? Religious fascism & little to no religious diversity. Why is that? Because THAT is Islam.

@ExtremeBogom I just don't think religion, as a whole, is as bad as you're saying ("poisoning the mind"). It's the Abrahamic religions that give religion a bad rep. You can't really put Buddhism in the same category as the Abrahamic religions. I don't really have a problem with Christianity because it's been watered down to nothing in Britain, and also because I come from a Christian background (although I'm agnostic). Judaism is irrelevant. It's Islam that is the real threat.

I completely agree with Buddhism.
One of the only real peaceful religions. The great thing about it is the lack of deity which immediately takes that authority out of it. The I Ching is eye opening.
I definitely don't branch that in with the rest, but I'm afraid Christianity will still get the same treatment from me.
Pure Christianity is no better to me than Pure Islam.

@ExtremeBogom lol, yes, that is very optimistic. There may be more and more 'westernised' Muslims around now, but the vast majority of Muslims are still deeply religious. Even the ones who don't pray 5 times a day, still see themselves as Muslim before anything else. They can't relate to anything else. So whilst they aren't really religious, they still call themself Muslim.
The poorest areas of the world are also the most religious. That tells me everything I need to know about religion.

@ExtremeBogom No, I don't want a war, and neither do I think that is what it will lead to. Worst case scenario, mass riots, but not war. A large number of Muslims CANNOT live with non-Muslims without there being serious problems. We're already seeing those problems, and Muslims only make up around 4-5% of the UK population. Islam will continue to be put under the spotlight, and this will make Muslims think twice about their future in Britain & Europe. Islam & democracy are polar opposites.

@JacoThe2nd It has more to do with the balance of the bass. Thunderbirds are notoriously neck-heavy (I've had two). My '87 'Bird had the strap button on the 'horn' and it was a bitch to keep the thing from 'diving' (for lack of a better word). My well-worn '91 had the strap button on the heel and was better balanced.
