You should expect to spend around $4-5K for a decent setup including fuel/ignition management.

I wish I would buy an optra estate and put the turbo on it, not too big I think, 1 psi is enough I think for daily use here in Indonesia.

Is any radical engine modification for 0.5 - 1 psi turbo?

I think you mean 1 bar? 1psi is very little. My engine is 100% stock, tuned with Emanage blue, 2.5" turbo back exhaust and have water/meth injection. Only problem has been the 5spd gearbox, I broke 2 of them already. But I have a 6spd box ready to go in.
