Do you have any clue what your doing when you buy a Toyota , not only do you take away from the USA Auto makers ,but do you know what happens to our cars when we sell them in Japan or any other item for that matter . Here in the USA were kind to those who want to sell there stuff here , but not there . We have 4 toyota in my family and i have to say they are amazing cars. We have 2 camrys, a tundra, and sienna. Toyotas are priced about the same as most other cars but the difference comes in the value. Take Chevy, Ford, Chrysler, etc. and the value will never be close. On top of that they are dead reliable and one of the safest cars, and the most efficient. And people still using the "they will run off on you" keep in mind sometimes its the driver. And this has happened before to other cars.

i dont think the tests they are doing with toyota are reliable because all the nearly 100 people who died in a toyota or lexus car made by toyota have died going nearly a hundred or over that. so let me ask you this where does the millions of dollars go that toyota says they put toward safety every hour.

@a2rbnud no. they make all these commercials and say how much money they are outting into their safety right after their excellerator problem. but before that they had shit about how safe their cars were. everyone says buy toyota their safe but if all these recalls and problems happened to most other car companies people would be talking shit about them left and right. toyota soon will be lost in the dust. just as their new recall few days ago recallin 1.1 million cars.

@koorboi Not as safe as an Accord. It has a patented ACE body structure which is far superior to the safety cage in the Camry. It also handily earns a top safety pick by the IIHS as well as the new NHTSA crash tests(side pole crash test, etc.). It earns good in rear, this earns MARGINAL.
