  • that is ridiculous to have pasta and parmesan with game meat.....you wouldn't taste the meat! what a waste of good meat.

  • Should do some potatoes to that stew tbh :P

  • That venison fillet can cost £60 per kilo! Compare that to £21 for beef. I love it but bloody hell, it's not cheap like the rabbit or game birds are.

  • the pasta sauce dish looks fury nice

  • What is "sweed" (or at least thats how it sounds like :P)

  • @123matt567 It' s spelled swede. Swedes and turnips are closely related to each other. Turnips have a distinctive peppery flavor, while swedes have a more earthy, full-bodied, sweeter taste. There are several different varieties. Hope this helped!

  • @123matt567 its swede, its like a root veg. sweet, texture like a hard potato. tastes bit like parsnip. delish

  • @coltsc123 How about a proper name for the "swede"? Or even a scientific name for the english slang challenged among us.

  • @scdefion rutabaga or swede (from swedish turnip)

  • He should have told people to use a thermometer for the meat. its the only way to control how rare the meat gets.

  • @dgiertz sometimes thermometers arent reliable in telling how done the meat is. i always rely on touch and senses. plus.. what if the user isnt versed in using a thermometer. i mean.. what if he/she doesnt know the correct temp? touch is the most reliable way to tell the doneness of the meat. :)

  • This man loves his parmesan and his olive oil!
