@dgiertz sometimes thermometers arent reliable in telling how done the meat is. i always rely on touch and senses. plus.. what if the user isnt versed in using a thermometer. i mean.. what if he/she doesnt know the correct temp? touch is the most reliable way to tell the doneness of the meat. :)
that is ridiculous to have pasta and parmesan with game meat.....you wouldn't taste the meat! what a waste of good meat.

That venison fillet can cost £60 per kilo! Compare that to £21 for beef. I love it but bloody hell, it's not cheap like the rabbit or game birds are.

He should have told people to use a thermometer for the meat. its the only way to control how rare the meat gets.
