He has a rear handbrake. For example when standing on the stunt pegs while doing wheelies you can't use the footbrake.

Well that may be how you pull a basic wheelie but the honda 70 has an automatic clutch meaning no clutch lever which would not let you release the clutch manually making it a little harder than what you described.
