I don't think that Brownback has read it, he probibly just looked at it then tossed it in the trash can. I have met Brownback back in 2003 when I went to D.C. with my high school american gov class and when we met him he just acted like we weren't worth his time like we were less important then what ever else he was going to do, it was like 5pm so it was most likly supper.
