his real name is krishna bhanji. yes he is half indian. i must that was one of the best speeches i have hear at the oscars. classy, crisp and concise. gandhi was one of the better bio pics made and kinglsey deserved this honour. i am from india but i dont know why people are discussing slumdog here. it is bad film not because it won the oscar but because there was a much better film made on the same lines called Salaam Bombay by mira nair.
