To answer Andy's questions, a President's private quarters in the White House is on the 2nd floor. It is the equivalent of a luxury apartment. There is a private kitchen where a President can can have informal meals or snacks prepared, besides the large kitchen where formal dinners are prepared.

Andy Rooney isn't an idiot--his comedy is old fashioned. He's not supposed to be the absolute voice of reason; he's an entertainer. Just leave the poor old guy alone, he's still worth a couple yucks.
Andy Rooney is an embarrassment. Everyone that has seen this video (male or female) felt that awful sickness in their stomach, that of listening to a has-been, who has not one brain cell left. Why would 60 Minutes continue to allow him airtime? In a not-so-subtle-way, please "nudge" him to retire.
