easist way for this trophy, with the patch, is to talk to knock knock in lil lamplight, ask her to do her knock knock joke and the 100% speech success rate for saying something like 'Thats really funny!!' stays there the whole time

Lol there's a bug in New Vegas where if you pass a speech check, an NCR Ranger give you his weapon and some ammo. Only thing is, you can select the same speech option infinitely many times! So I got about 20 fully conditioned rifles from him and a shit load of ammo before I got bored and over-encumbered hahaha, GOOD TIMES PLAYING FALLOUT. <3

if you have good speech, vera weatherly tells you gossip, you just have to "persude her" too, but shes keeps telling you, but if you generally have a high speech, you get it with out trying
