I make the designs in photoshop then cut them into paper

@riotup u cut it with exacto knife or u have a better idea..u cut the papers really well..

a spray on elmers or 3M adhesive, works like a charm

almost any art store will sell it

is spray on adhesive the same thing?...cuz thats the only one i see in stores...and it says permanent. stick so i didnt get it...where can i get it?...any specific stores?

Stores like Michael's carry different types of spray adhesives. There are types like the ones made by Krylon that aren't permanent and are great to use.
