  • 1:12 chris makes everything feel so easy

  • Ya it's beautiful i want it. i wanted his Ibanez LACS too. but i think $3000 plus for this CB-Jackson is a little too much

  • not the first lo-pro floyd for 7-string

    Rusty Cooley had that first

  • Thats a beautiful guitar :)

  • 1:10 Whatever! A walmart guitar has enough playability for Chris!

  • Your bass....and the video ends. nice.

  • Seeing Chris kill switch made me remember a moronic story.

I made a kill switch out of a (2 position) tone switch a couple of years ago, worked awesome, years later I left the guitar at a store so they could put in a new pickup. When I go there to collect my guitar, the guy who did the wiring told me "Your tone switch wasn't working, so I exchanged it for a new one" and he tried to charge me for "fixing" my kill switch. I would have none of that, so I made him change it back, no extra charge.

  • looks almost like a schecter =D

  • ha i love how it cuts out the bass

i'd rather play bass and have david lefsnnz basz

  • @TurkeyTuck I remember when I had my first beer.

  • @Aeoliandorian i remember my first joint ...ate a whole box of cheereos 1/2 gal milk got sick woke up to kiss alive....it had been playing 9hr. and it was 8 track.

  • Who the fuck invented the ability to push in the knobs!? thats just beautiful

  • @Psapocalypse1337 SOME JAP !!!

  • what about the bass?

  • @Niemandx BAD ASS JACKSON !!!

  • "Hey, this is Chris Broderick" deserves copyright.

  • Still prefer Ibanez...

  • STFU and demonstrate already!

  • @TurkeyTuck

Why watch the video if you just want to talk shit?? I really don't get it

How can the be dumb fucks like you alive.

I don't see how you found your way to the egg you fucking moron

  • dude. I thought this would be a playing demonstration. :'(

  • nice charvel in the corner haha!

  • It's not a regular thumb pick. He made a special clip that attaches to your thumb. you can slide your pick in and it stays put. Thumb picks stick out too much, are two round on the tip, and made of the wrong material for what I'm looking for. I've already tried carving down a few thumb picks with no success.

  • It's a shame this guy is selling out. I remember when he was representing AFFORDABLE guitars with somewhat decent quality and well known materials.

Now he's with Jackson, I mean Fagson.

Remember when he was with an actually talented group? Yeah, Nevermore. Now he's with Megadeth, which they themselves sold out.

Why hasn't anyone killed this man yet? I sincerely mean this. I couldn't be any more angry at the metal music industry. RIP 1980s-1990s.

  • @TurkeyTuck Fuck off.

  • @austin2460

How about you? It's a shame people like Chris Broderick are willing to sell their soul to the devil just for money to deceive people out of their hard work.

At least Metallica isn't selling out as much as Megadeth. Metallica still sucks, but they're not the devils like most artists are.

It's a shame, people spend all their money to be their favorite idols, the people who they look up to, when in reality, these people are fucking scum. I wouldn't be surprised if Chris is a mason.

  • @TurkeyTuck Is there something wrong with you? I think you need a psychologist to attempt to save what is left of your sanity.

  • @austin2460

Yes, maybe you do need to listen to better bands and artists.

Dimrain47's Operation Evolution is a great song by the way, not a rock song, but I'm sure if it was translated into guitar, drums, and bass, it'd be cool.

  • @TurkeyTuck Who are you to judge what I listen to? I am alright with Metal and Classic rock.

  • @austin2460

If you're interested in washed out bands that lost their spark, that's alright! I mean, milked things are still be tasteful right?! Of course? I'm not sure, I wouldn't know what it's like to have a small attention span.

  • @TurkeyTuck You don't know what I listen to. I usually will just end up listening to 80s and early 90s Megadeth the most in their discography. There is not much that I like new now besides Down, Devil Driver, Lamb of God. Good bands are hard to find in modern times. You have to look past all of the bullshit bands like Asking Alexandria and attack attack.

  • @austin2460

Modern Megadeth = Attack Attack and Asking Alexandria and all the other post-hardcore bullshit

  • @TurkeyTuck That is where you're wrong.

  • @austin2460

That is where I prove my point that you're a retard.

  • @TurkeyTuck Just keep licking those balls.

  • looks like hes lost weight...

  • heheh... he said wood

  • Chris you rock dude. I have to say Megadeth is my Favorite Metal Band. You guy's really know your stuff and Mustaine is a genius in my opinion. I have the Jackson Pro RR24 and I love it.

The one you have looks sweet and sounds really great. Keep rocking dude !!!

  • Such a raw ass guitar. I love the set up and paint job on it.

  • Comment removed

  • So now how about your bass?...(cut video)

  • man chris looks like he lost weight. probably being on the road he can't keep eating and training like at home.

  • What's the Bumblebee doing there?

  • thomann have it for sale........£2000 : (

  • chris is a younger steve tyler in the face

  • @EGGJAZZ and looks less retarded.

  • HEAVY METAL 2:00

  • I wanna know when Chris's thumb pick clip is coming out! I want one sooo bad! Beast guitar too!

  • @tbeiber09 thumb picks have existed for how many years now ?

  • @vintastic319 its not a thumb pick. Its a pick clip that allows you to use any pick you want, and holds it in any position you want, contrary to thumb picks which are mostly were long, fat, and just not right for the majority of playing styles. Hes shown in videos that its very easy to squeal with the clip, which is alot harder to do with a regular thumb pick. its quite innovative and its a recently patented design.

  • @tbeiber09 that bastard doesn't seem to be selling them anytime soon -.-

  • @tbeiber09 just buy one... You can find thumb picks at any music store.

  • does he play the 7 string in Megadeth??

  • @MrWestdene1972 Nah, he only uses the 6-strings live.

  • @Tarkess In 2008 he used a 7-string, you can search for the vids , the gig was in San Diego I believe. I think the 7th string allows him to do his two handed arpeggios

  • @TheSkipjack95 I know, but Dave doesn't let him use the 7 string these days. Idk why though.

  • @MrWestdene1972 yes, It's more practical.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrWestdene1972 Sometimes!

  • @MrWestdene1972 No, Dave doesn't let him.

  • @MrWestdene1972 no, live he doesnt use the seven strings as far as i know (there's no need for the seventh string in megadeth anyways). he mainly uses it for his own practice sessions backstage or in his downtime when not on a tour

  • @guitarguy2691 I think on the new album at the beginning of one song there is a bit of the 7 string. I will check which one.

  • @MrWestdene1972 ah really? didnt think dave would let him use a 7string. thrilled to know which one, though ;)

  • @MrWestdene1972 if he has it tuned to standard its just like playing a 6 string...he just has an extra string at the bottom end.

  • @MrWestdene1972 Chris told once in an interview that he doesnt actually uses his 7th string much on stage, but behind the stage he fuckin rapes it until it dies!

  • @MrWestdene1972 Yes

  • @MrWestdene1972 No, he is not allowed to by Mustaine. In the studio anyways.

  • @MrWestdene1972 Yes, when he plays live with megadeth he uses the 7 string. But there aren't any megadeth songs that use the 7th string. He probably uses it for comfort or the sound.

  • @TheSchafer78 see my latest post

  • @MrWestdene1972 He said he didn't in an interview but i have seen him use it live (although he probably doesn't touch the low B string)

  • @CardgamesonYoshi see my last post

  • @MrWestdene1972 Not really. At least, I've never seen it being used in live gigs.

  • @MegaDarth666 see my last post

  • @MrWestdene1972 No, I've seen them @ days ago and I saw this red guitar in 6 string.

  • @LightlessDimension see my last post

  • @MrWestdene1972

No, the 7 string is for his other purposes. Back when he played in Nevermore, he used one a lot.

  • @TurkeyTuck see my last post

  • @MrWestdene1972 wow I can't believe how many responses I got from this question.I meant studio not live. I finally found the spot where I think is the 7 string. At the beginning of the song "Never Dead" from about :35 to 1:00 there is a low chunky part underneath. It has to be either a 7 string or a 6 tuned down. This is the only place I know of.

  • @MrWestdene1972 Last time I saw him play he did yes, not sure if he always does

  • @MrWestdene1972 not particularly no , on the big four tour he used his white signature guitar which only has 6 strings, this guitar here has seven whether its his preference is 7 on stage he uses 6

  • @MrWestdene1972 Mustaine didn't let him because Dave meant that there wasent "Megadeth" over a 7 string guitar. He thought it would make Megadeth to complex and not "Megadeth" :)

  • @MrWestdene1972 He plays a 7 string, he just doesn't use the seventh string in the songs. He might for solos though, I'm not a hundred percent sure.

  • priced the 6 string at my regular dealer, $2500, but I hate the direction Jackson is going in with their headstocks, there was nothing cooler than the traditional Jackson headstock

  • @codo27 Are you fucking retarded? they've had that type of headstock for ages. and most of their guitars still have the traditional headstock. get your shit right :P

  • @codo27 actually they have used that one for a long time in a couple of guitars man.

  • I'd kill for one of those.

  • id happily have that as my signature but id only change one thing, a volume knob for both pickups. looks fucking great and has everything i look for in a guitar. whats the price on this badboy?

  • HOT men ,HOT guitar!!

  • i really want that guitar :(

  • that guitar is just INCREDIBLE!

  • Such a sexy guitar! I want one so badly!

  • Aww! It cut out before we could see David's bass!! The curse of being the bass player lol!
