Generation (power) could also be referring to this universe we're living in which began with a big bang and will eventually end when it dissolves in fire according to the bible.
There will always be doubters and debaters of Gods word because the word will never be understood by mans wisdom. We must receive the Word by faith or we will never believe it.
"This generation" also means the world's population at the time of His coming. In other words civilization (the world Mt.24:3) will not be destroyed (end) until His Coming & the associated imminent signs are fulfilled.
First off WW's though are major events they are not biblical markers. Israel is probably always used as a biblical marker points and a generation is not 40 years its 70. And further more it says when you see ALL these things begin to come to pass not one of these things. And I think I am seeing all these things coming to pass now, so I'm looking up, and will be ready. And it would be wise if your not ready I wish you would because there is no doubt time is running out.
I left a church because of these kinds of beliefs. Do not fall prey to such deception. God's word is very clear regarding the end times. The Holy Spirit leads us into all truth and what this man is teaching is not truth but gentile pride.

I was standing in a wheat field and I heard a voice "I am coming for the wheat and the tare at the same time". I don't generally get dreams so it meant a lot to me. You went to so much trouble to make this video and yet you failed to show what Mat 24 is really about. Instead you focused on what these other writers have written, but without establishing why they are wrong. Your word that they are wrong is all that you have used to show that they are wrong. You have practiced the same thing which you accuse them of practicing.

But as mentioned in another comment, The Sun and Moon still give light. (Mark 15:33) speaks of the whole land being dark(Skotos), but not about the sun and moon not giving light.
Its prophetic lanuage. Infact the sun and moon didnt give light during the destruction of jerusalem. It was on fire that it was dark during the day and you couldnt see the moon at night literally. It does mean forever and for always.
(Mat24:39) Would have to be taken as literal as the Fig Tree. If the fig tree was used only as a mention of time passage which I agree, then the literal meaning of the rest of the chapter must also be taken in that perspective. Mat 24:29 says "The sun shall be darkened" You might say that means an eclipse, but no, if the literal meaning is (Skotizo) then darkness can mean deprived of light, or to be covered with darkness. The same verse mentions Moon not giving light. Sun and the moon no light.

Acts 1:11 & 1 Thessalonians 4:16 describE Christ's physical, literal, bodily, visible coming down from heaven to return to earth. No one knows the times & seasons when this 2nd coming of Christ will happen in our future except the Father.
Whereas the season of his "coming on the clouds with power & great glory" in Matthew 24:30 can be predicted by his disciples by simply observing the fulfillment of the given signs prior to his coming - Matthew 24:33. It actually occurred in 70 AD.
Matthew 24:30 talks about Jesus "coming with the clouds" (Daniel 7:13 - Son of Man ASCENDING to God to go to the seat of absolute power & receive dominion over all nations). It was Christ exercising his divine prerogative as the Son of God to have dominion over all nations & one of which is to judge their sins. He did it by sending the Romans to destroy Jerusalem & its temple. It is not a personal appearance but "making his divine presence felt" through the fierceness of his vengeance.
The view in this video fit in with the view that Jesus' coming (to throne, at the right hand of the Father) was demonstrated by the destruction of Jesrusalem in 70AD. As for Jesus coming back, of course he will - referenced in the bible in many places, for example Acts chapter 1 where it refers to his coming to the Father (going to heaven from the point of view of the disciples) and then coming back.
