You said you blow dry your hair every day, which obviously means you straighten it everyday. It's actually bad for your hair to be washed every day, but considering you've been doing it for years (im guessing) you should probably continue like that. However, it's actually healthier for your hair to be washed every second or third day, and sometimes your hair can look better after the second or third day. So to keep it volumised it'd be better leaving gaps inbetween washing your hair.
