Um... Yeah that toad fish is poisonous or at least the gulf coast toad fish is. Which that's what I'm guessing that is. I keep them as pets but they are venomous. Probably shouldn't let the kids touch it. I think the little boy had a good idea about not putting his hand too close to it. haha
