I think if someone sees themselves as a good guitar player he should use a special kind of guitar, purposedly built for the song played at the moment. For metal songs you should always use a proper metal axe! And to use Ibanez Paul Gilbert Signature for playing Sikth... man, that's below crossing the street on the red light and eating chocolate before dinner. He should have at least taped those holes before filming it! It's SOOOO wrong!
