That is really sweet. A friend of mine had a 250 and hit a brood sow that had got out of a farmers field with it. Just like hitting a boulder and totaled his bike. He was OK but took off flying like superman for a while. That was 67 or 68.
Used to have a '74 350 Sprint... problem I had was the points... kept wearing through the side-cover (manufacturing defect).... sold it before I fixed it. Bike had far more power than what you would expect out of a 350 from the 70's....
I just came into poession of a 73 SS350 Sprint that is in about the same shape Elvis was in at the begenning of the vid. Where did you get some of the accessories such as turn signal lenses, etc? It is almost 100% intact but is in bad shape. I am getting ready to restore it and would be glad to receive tips as this is my first moto restore.
Very nice rescue & restoration job, I'm sure Elvis would be proud! ...Once upon a time I had a 250 Sprint, and your video brought back memories of a very pleasent bike.
hey mate, i dont know if you ever heard of the Yahoo Groups Aermacchi forum? Extremely active, bunch of knowledgable blokes on there. I myself have a 76 SS250, and a MX250/SS Hybrid Maybe a sprint someday! Great job on yours! Cheers

Will cruise at 60 no problem, it's got plenty for a 350, and take it into the twisties and blow your mates away on their bigger bikes
Cheers
