I work at brattleboro kiln dry a branch of Cersosimo which is underwater in this video. there was 400,000 dollars worth of product damage and much more in equipment damage. they use a wood chip burning boiler to produce hot water and electricity for the kilns and it needed a full overhaul to be back in operation. Luckily no one there was hurt and for us who work there there is still plenty of work to do so no worries ;) no flood insurance though so Cersosimo Lumber got screwed over on this one.
Flat street is being cleaned up and there's a lot of work being done to restore what can be saved. People are out of work and there's a lot of cleanup to be done...
McNeill's is on Elliott Street. They brew on Putney Road. It's okay. Of course possitive energy should be sent to Adivasi, Flat Street Brew Pub, Sam's, The Boys and Girls Club, Flatter Me and many other buisnesses, renters, home owners and car owners who are directly affected.
