Ok, except for the lock-on part of S.S. Rockman, nothing else is good. At max, the charge shot does 30 damage. The normal buster shots do lesser damage that .EXE. The .EXE buster can fire faster if you press B rapidly; the .EXE charge shot does 80 damage at max and flinches the opponent. S. S. Rockman's lock-on attacks are slow and easy to counter in multiplayer, because his movement sprites are heavily programmed. And yeah... I know some people like S.S. Rockman because of his appearances are
