This is just crazy, they all sound the same. I've owned a Barber Super Sport, I had one of the first production models. This demo makes it sound like a death metal box! It is nothing like that. I also owned a Crunch Box for a long while and it's also nothing like this video shows.

This isnt a good pedal demo since your playing through a Krank tube amp which has a lot of tube saturation and makes these pedals sound more tube like then they are

Any pedal will sound like high gain with this kind of amps ..i`d like to see a high gain pedal demo with solid state amps through the clean channel..so we can really compare ..anyway ...cool video..sorry i can`t write in Russian ..Greetings from Peru

Слушал много педалей но никак не могу определиться:(

можете мне что-нибудь посоветовать? Я в основном играю Progressive metal (Dream theater и т.п) но часто играю и heavy,trash,death (iron Maiden,Slayer,Metallica,Cannib­al corpse ..... ).Хотелось бы многогранную педаль чтобы сыграть все это.

These distortion boxes all sound the same. Not much difference between them. It looks like his amp tones are mainly generated from the Krank Amp and the Ibanez guitar he is using.

@Gregoses That's usually the case. I'm not an electrician but I've heard different amps clip the sound differently so pedals have to have the right amp to sound good.

I'm plaing it since I got it

way better then the RAT also can simulate the Big Muff sounds and when you turn the gain all the way and play with the EQ it sounds kinda like overdriven marshall

also when you place the TS808 in front of it you can get a large variety of Death Metal / Grind Core sounds

Krank is a versatile coll pedal

if you can get one for $60 - $70 on eBay it's steel

well I just bought a used Krank for $70 and I can get the classic Marshall overdriven sound out of it and when i put the tube screamer in front of it turns into a soul crusher

thanks for this review it help me a lot to decide

my ears tell me the Krank the best for the buck

if money is not an issue I would go with the Plush

I used to like the boss metal zone pedal years ago i use a zoom multi effects pedal which sounds good. it sounds like you are playing in drop D. i cant tell for sure though. I like playing in E standard. also krank amps rule i heard about them years ago. good video.

Plush Noxious звучит на порядок лучш остальных, сначала бомба понравилась, железный саунд, а как услышал плюшку так подпрыгнул. Почему он такой ахуительный? Он звучит полнее остальных, верхов больше. Мб прост таак отстроили

Вредные вы какие... На педали нечего особо смотреть, педали как педали. И перегрузы в return не включают.
