Its because he is a custom NPC. The game isn't programed to emit a male voice when injured.

i'm still trying 2 get fraps 2 work. so i'm still working on my reviews, demos, recomendations, and skits. i'm currently playing eternal silence allot. ist a hl2 mod. i also play dystopia, fistfull of frags, and about every hl2 mod, that i know of. pm a good mod, and i mean multiplayer mods, singelplayer ones wont work 4 me. so no smod requests, i nkow about the game.
