  • Hi Tiffany! I love this workout because I really want to work out my shoulders and arms. But it puts a lot of strain on my back - especially the first part with the pliés. What do you recommend so that it will hurt less?

  • @phtari When you squat down lower your butt first, keep your chest up, abs in and look forward!

  • @tvxqhyun121 you shoulders are not getting broader, they may be firmer. Make sure you mix up all the workouts, I have a weekly schedule to follow on fb.

  • What size weights are you using? or what would you recommend? right now i only have 2 pounders (bought the wrong ones lol) would those work or would you suggest 5 pounders or more?
