  • @rexsteiner jet drilled out to .083 this engine is governor controlled to 3800 rpm.

  • what size did you drill the jet out to? also, was the cam re-ground or custom? if it was re-ground, who did yo have grind it? thanks in advance.

  • @rexsteiner drilling out ofthe jets require each engine to be drilled out to what the engine needs for fuel, not all engines i've built required he same size. As per the opening statements in the video before i started the engine, all the parts for this engine were factory unaltered parts, rules do not allow us to machine them.

  • Is that the one ya left scattered all over the track last summer?

  • @vtwinnpuller none of my enignes have ever scattered, must be thinkin of sum1 else. this one is still in the same machine as this past summer & will be pulling again at Des Moines in March.

  • @LoneTreePuller oh yea, it was also at the Blackhawk pull in November, ran nicely too :)

  • Hey ive got a Vtwinim sticking on a Racing Mower and i think that would be the coolest thing to have on it were did you buy the intake??

  • @V8Mike93 it's a motorcycle part if you still care to know 4 months later.. HELL maybe you've been running around like a madman for 4 months trying to find one and I just saved the day

  • @V8Mike93 plastic intake is right from Kohler.

  • hey nice engine, I was just wondering if you use that super trapp to pull with or do you use it to run the engine in the shop?

  • @TheBigspoon1 Thanks, we dyno'd an engine 2 yr ago w & w/o the supertrapp & the results were identical. I would have bet the farm it would have hurt more than anything (I'm a poor bettin man!)

  • Sounds awesome!! Wish I had the knowledge to build one of those.

  • @mdlrr1 these v-twin engines are fairly easy to build, I have had a few guys locally who have assembled their first v-twins in the Litterbox & all thought it was easier than they anticipated. Thanks for the compliment

  • that is one nice engine

  • @camarolover1982 thanks! Looks kinda plain jane in the video, hope to have that hypercharger functional on the next engine!
