  • the USA is not a democracy, we are a republic. people need to learn this

  • mccain '08 you hating faggots

  • Putins reforms or in other words, imposing dictatorship the old fashion way. Putin proposed that henceforth all parliament deputies should be elected by proportional representation, not the people. Russias 89 regional governors are now nominated by the president, not the people.Upper house of the parliament with Putin's backing, proposed change would increase the role of the president and currently his allies in the upper house of the parliament over the appointment of judges.

  • Russia mocks American democracy? Governors of Russia's 89 regions, rather than being elected by the regional population as had occurred in the past, are now nominated by the president. You can thank Putin for that. :) Communism is coming back strongly!

  • not communism - imperial monarchism.

    and it's absolutely awesome! :)

  • Hey, at least you admit its not democracy! Does anyone care for me to give other examples of reform from Putin?

  • who cares lol. nobody cared about Russia when it was a weak, starving, demoralized democracy ready to fall.

  • C3, life is much better in russia since Putin was put in power, the standard of living is much higher, government assistance programs have much higher support than the 90s due to funds, the economy is much stronger..etc. people are happier since the yeltsin years.(although it wasn't all yeltsin's fault)

besides who cares about "democracy" if it ends up being an incompetent person in power? why not just choose a proven leader?

  • Thats not the issue at hand. RussiaToday is trying to mock American democracy, when so called Russian democracy isnt a democracy at all.

  • Also, I already heard that story from my tour guides, when I went to Russia this past summer. One of my guides explained to me, that the Russian Federation was a new beginning and theyre glad communism has gone away. She told me a story about how her father would throw away his communist card into the trash can, when he got so disgusted from the communist government. Then her mother would cry, because her family could not eat without that card.

  • Point being, life might be good now and Putin may seem all nice and cuddly. When communism takes another full effect into Russia, youre going to start living likes your parents did. Im sure they could tell you some sad stories that I heard.

  • 2 C3CLANVIDEOS Oracle! Expert online! >when so called Russian democracy isnt a democracy at all. Why? >American democracy Why it is TRUE democracy? >her father would throw away his communist card I saw americans burining their flag and britains. So what? >One of my guides explained to me, I hope you are wise enougth to understand that there are plenty of views... even between guides)). >youre going to start living likes your parents did. You are young right? :) Young oracle! :D
  • Oracle, laugh out loud! Well, there is so much to comment on with that comment you just made! Where should I start? First off, Tour guide as in a real life person someone, that shows you around an all. Not a fucking book, idiot.

  • Listen you, little aged asshole.(if you start that)

A real person life experience is good, but those experiences greatly differs sometimes even between people who was in same situation.

    >Russias 89 regional governors are now nominated by the president, not the people.

And that is so right. Before that often were situations when absolutely unresponsible people came to power sponsored by some circles who wanted to gain control over resource of those areas.

Look to the root, young idiot.

  • First off. I dont understand what youre saying with the whole experiences statement. Ill wait until your English gets a lot better. Russias 89 region governors being nominated by the president are NOT a good thing. Its making the President way too powerful and giving the people NO say. Putins reforms are fucking getting out of hand. Hes already getting his puppet to give him a couple of other terms as President. Not like it fucking matters, he already runs the show.

  • Your english is great, just like your iron proves with heavy abusing of "fuck" word.I suppose I shouldn't wait until you get wiser and just say to you stright as it is - this is not your business to decide does it make him too powerfull or not, because you don't know shit about Putin or others. You just shitted yo brain by some paper or TV program and play expert here. So fucking puppet is you. Better stop. With same logic I can prove that your are pedophile who searches kids over the internet!

  • I wouldn't judge some persons English by them abusing a vulgar term here and there. I would judge it based on punctuation, grammar, and if they can actually type a complete sentence. You fail in all three categories. It's really hard to debate you, because I don't even know what you're trying to say. I didn't hear about these reforms from Fox News or CNN. I did my own research and found facts about Putin's "reforms". Apparently, I know much more about Putin then you do.

  • And that just was like bla-bla-bla. "I know secret kongfu but I can't show ya!" Your own research? Are you kidding? Is it skynews? Maybe your own spy system? Or Magic tube? God's voices in your head? :D Fortune telling candy wrapper?

    Bout grammar.

You are stupid, it is not my native language and by the way it was late and I was pretty tired to check grammar and punctuation to be sure that such ignorant young man could understand me. It would be to much honor for you.

  • You're starting to act like an arrogant child now. I've done my research and everything I've said is a FACT. You can accept the facts, or deny them. I could care less. It's just when you say I'm wrong. You can't even say why I'm wrong. The only thing you do is result to name calling. Which is very childish.

  • About Grammar:

You need to understand this: When you're in a debate about intelligence it's wise to seem intelligent. Not make numerous grammar mistakes and then go on to tell your opponent he's an idiot.

  • Free Press: "In Miami County, with 100% of the precincts reporting at 9am Wednesday, Nov. 3, Bush had 20,807 votes (65.80%) & Kerry had 10,724 (33.92%). Miami reported 31,620 voters. Inexplicably, nearly 19,000 new ballots were added after all precincts reported, boosting Bush's vote to 33,039 (65.77%) to Kerry's 17,039 (33.92%). CASE is investigating why the % of the vote stayed exactly the same to three one-hundredths of a percentage point after nearly 19,000 new ballots were added."
