@JoelOnYouVideos I think perhaps you've unseated the ribbon cable for the touch capacitive screen above the lower LCD screen. There are two ribbon cables for the touch screen, the smallest one is for the touch part, try reseating it. :)

i need to replace the bit of plastic on the top, the bit with the 2 squares logo. Would it come off ok if i just unscrew the 4 screws around the top screen and slide it off? Or would i have to take it apart completely?

Hi, I replaced my case as I had the same problem as the DS in the video. Everything worked fine before i replaced the case, once i'd put everything back together the DS worked fine until the battery ran out and now it wont charge. Any ideas what could cause this?

@ClareJ7 it almost sounds like something is shorting out between the battery and charger o.0 try getting a new battery and then try charging it...if it doesnt work then its something between the charger and battery

thanx but i already fix that problem i just called nintendo and they said they'll fix it for 50 bucks and if they cant they'll give me a new 1 but thnx anyways
