The name "Smarty pants" sounds familiar-wait! I remember! I saw an ad for "Smarty Pants" on Youtube a while back! It was a doll that seemed to "know" what part of her body was being touched or what position she was in! Of course, the dell didn't really "know"-she was programed to respond when she was touched or held in certain ways.I have copies of the "Mr. Machine" ad in my own video collection. I don't actually rememberseeing the ad on TV, though I was born in '65, but I do remember the toy.

He seems to like the rhythm of the song. It is repetitive. The images are black and white with only some color, so I think that works for him. Also, he is recently into counting. He holds my fingers and touches the tips of them and carresses them as we count. He has a lot a sensory integration issues going on.
