Upon closer inspection, that's Bob Bauer on chord harp - Not Al Fiore. That would date this video to 1984-1985 ish.

That's my buddy Dick Gardner on the bass. I would rate this a '5', but the cameraman only got a few moments of Dick and Al - Too much Jerry... Good music though!
