Depends man, 15K could get you a good car , but you really should know the history and how much you'll have to put into it. I know a guy who spent 24 K and needed 13K + more. Sometimes it pays to get it from a De vendor or someone from the De community. They know whats up!

A Delorean is a great one too have. Its not a Ferrari, its not a Civic.
Its not too easy nor too hard to acheive.
Deloreans are awesome cars but I want a C5 Zo6 more =)
