A few days ago when I was camping, I was sitting in the park with my friends when I saw a Great North Air Ambulance in the horizon, it got closer and was lower than ever. I was like "Woah, that's close" but it turned round to my direction, and landed on the field beside me, there was wind in my face and the noise was loud. Before me, was a helicopter that was sent to pick up a patient somewhere in the camp site. It was the most amazing, one of the most exiting things I have ever saw.

Absolutely, with a car you turn a key to START and then just have to remember to release it to the on position, with a turbine you so have to watch the Temps and pressures and abort starting if needed.

Oh man. Nothing beats the sound of a two bladed turbine powered rotor system vibrating your bones from close up! You can just feel the power. This is why I love choppers instead of cars. What a rush standing close to the Bell 206's as well as the Huey's and 222's. Awesome video.
