@hairvirgin I cooked it on 325 for an hour and 15 minutes and then I turned the stove off and let it sit in the stove for another 20 minutes. Don't forget to do it in a water bath or the crust will burn. Hope that helps.
Also, you can use some left over sweet potato pie batter for this (sometimes I have too much) I just compensate with a little less sugar in the cheesecake batter.
I like the mini spring forms. I have made this before too. It is great. I used 330 degrees in the oven and it came out great. I also do a water bath and after it cooks for about 1:10-15 minutes, I turn the heat off and leave the oven closed for 30 minutes, then I crack the door and wait another 30 minutes- 1 hr at least before I take it out. I also like a praline sauce on top. #delicious.
