  • dont like cheap Tilapia...

  • dumperttt

  • DUMPERRRRTTTTTT!

  • Now they can have a kitchen outside too !

  • Reaguurders Unite!!!

  • Dan..Do you have an eight inch cast iron pan...????

  • I liked her better in a bikini . She was hotter than that lens !

  • They talk to us like we are idiots ! PC run-a-muc

  • Would if be possible to get a gallon of oil hot enough to deep fry using that lens?

Also, as someone else said, olive oil actually has a pretty low smoke point, if you want a high smoke point you should use peanut oil.

  • Thats great, but I don't know why use that much of oil.... I wanna go green and healthy! Lol

  • Great!

(By the way, you dont have to keep the pan on the fire all times. You should remove the pan to control temperature, flip the fish, etc etc)

  • thatt amasing. but the fish deffo doesnt look good lol

  • olive oil actually has a lower smoke point than most cooking oils and burns much more easily.

  • 1 person was seriously injered doing this jk its safe that person is just a ashole

  • Will you get radiation from that

  • @mfh098xz you get radiation from taking a walk, man up son

  • I wonder how you get any work done other than using the vid camera, but seriously I've watched several of your vids now and can't seem to catch the part where you are getting these lenses. Are you making them?

    thanks,

    Mike

  • Actually the heat that is cooking there is not coming from the sun, it's coming from the Nise. lol. BTW Great videos. From Orlando,FL

  • that looks good so does the fish

  • Hey Dan, your really good with that camera! How bout film me mountin Denice! Free energy/porn? She is so hot.... In a porn way

  • Way to go Dan! Make her cook! Why don't women wear watches? Cause they're on the stove already! Why do women have little feet? So they can stand closer to the stove!

  • Denise is a good sport! ‹•)}›‹ ☺

  • crazy

  • I am from Arkansas, USA and the video was great. Thanks again.

  • great

  • Your setup or technique is more fun then practical.

    Slow cooking is healthier.

  • this is fun way of cooking...wearing goggles!??? why not collect all sun's radiation from a focal point of that big lens and transfer to a some sort of "ceramic optic tubes" , so it could guide the collected suns radiation to anywhere most convenient to users

  • 100% Green Fish

  • A very good example of how our natural resources can be harnessed. Of course this could be utilized in many different ways.

Tp:rub the oil on the fish and dredge it in cajun seasoning ...burn and turn... your done.

  • Hey love the video. Is there a way to use the heat from below like a conventional stove( I did see this in a documentary in India). You have greater control over the heat plus it would be safer for your eyes and skin(I was worried about Denise not wearing any safety gloves for the experiment). Perhaps reflected up with a mirror and some sort of heat sink, like a metal hot plate to spread head evenly and protect you. Keep up the good work!

  • You can with a parabolic dish or:

  • i'm in Australia, and both the original video and this one worked for me.

  • They opened both up. It was from the background music. All good now:-) Thank you for the message.

  • your wife is like mine they stick with us through all the crazy inventions ...lol now i have chicks in the house

  • the frying pan is hot, but she is even hotter.

  • That fish DOES look delicious!! Could u have used a couple of prisms to direct that light to the underside of he pan rather than on top of it? would have made it easier to use, or would too much energy have been lost?

  • What kind of stone is that under the pan?

  • @taitungknight It is an 18" concrete paver. I have one under my ceramic grill to protect the table.

  • @gunskniveswatches

    Thanks!

  • at least the house wont smell fishy

  • Having camping experience, I would have to say for a noon meal, this would probably be the fastest way to cook fish on a camping trip - far faster than taking the time to look for wood to burn. Not so good for evenings or cloudy days.

This would be a good way to routinely cook noon meals in a sunny climate for those wishing to make a difference in the environment. Are those fresnel lenses flexible?

  • ...and the women do the cooking.

  • This looks bad ass. Superb.

  • Muy interesante,I love your channel.

  • Denise.. your so lovely.

Great Videos Guys!! thanks for all the inspiration. I want to play with a Fresnel Lens! I think I would just burn crazy stuff or make some sort of Ant Death Ray... also could make a dog scat furnace to take care of all the doggie doo in my yard! nice!!

  • Cooking with industrial safety goggles - love it!

  • Your videos are much better looking when your wife is in 'em! LOL

Hey didn't that fancy camera come with a filter so it doesn't white out so bad?

Good Video! Enjoyed it as always!

  • "it looks delicious" yeah right, I'm throwing up!

  • I always thought that Olive had a low smoke point, but I looked it up and Denise was right. Awesome show, but the elevator music has got to go

  • easy with the oil haha..

    nice done!

  • God damn, I want to try this.

  • ┌∩┐(◕_◕)┌∩┐Fuck the new layout!

  • I love the new layout. :p

  • tilapia is great tasting fish one of my favorites

  • shes so gorgeous

  • I see a NEW cooking show in the make's and be careful and wear your safety glass Dan your wife is hot too!

  • This is awesome, save money on gas/electricity :P

  • denise is the star of the show :)

  • Why not use a mirror and heat a plate under the cocking pot?

The only problem is maybe that the mirror is loosing some energy.

p.s.: I was able to see both videos and I am from Europe.

  • It works anywhere the sun shines dummies.

  • That has got to be the most bad-ass way to fry fish. lol nom nom nom mmm tastes like the sun.

  • i like that kind of cook out . and a fire too

  • "EXTREME COOKING - With Denise Rojas!" :)

  • LOL! too bad i'm a raw foodist or i'd be excited about making this for myself!! though a lightly boiled sun tea is something i might still do.

  • Works in the People's Republic of California.

  • Works in Texas.

  • Yes it works here in Germany =) Thanks a lot

  • you obviously cannot cook and the fish does not really look great in the pieces but the video and idea itself is great I love you other videos and personally that is the right way to go.Greetings from Ireland

  • This is great - now if we could only harness this for home use - then maybe our country could stop being dependent on natural gas or electricity!!

  • Laut und Klar von Deutschland, Danke Dan

  • I really like this idea. I'm thinking that having one of these out in my pool area would be really cool.

Ever try using a little smaller lens?

I mean, having the high temp quickly is nice, but when I'm cooking I don't really mind taking my time and it might be a little safer. Maybe?

  • Unfortunately, when I tried to cook this way, I did poop myself after swallowing a big chard.

  • @DickGhostmoon LOL!

  • a very innovative way! i like it!!! (Y)

  • Works for Germany, thank you very much! :)

  • Cook some Carne Asada Next time, and use a grill to give it grill lines.

  • that looks good nice video

  • this was cool. I have to try this. oh and you have the same goggles. :)

  • Ah OK . It is for the international vieweres. I was thinking "fish again??? How about some steak thsi time!" =-)

  • So, how are you two dealing with the changes in YT? I'm frustrated!
