  • @GouledXD haha right!! need a roomate

  • awesome video ,very informative,,,,,im thinking in moving to NY,i wanna know more affrotable places to live ,one bedroom.....i also need a job in there too,,,thats the thing...

  • I have a super nice new studio in Chicago, 4 blocks from Wrigley Field -all utilities inc for $625. Something to think about for people considering moving into civilization. 4 blocks from 2 trains. Too many buses to list. 10 min cab 15 min bus from downtown. Just sayin.

  • @hmoorencs15 Ive been to chicago before. its amazing my family has a 2 bedroom for about 1200 and its clean. id move there but its just not new york for me.

  • what about other neighorhoods?

  • i like lower manhattan..its very nice...any other neighborhoods @MetroBoxTV ? :)

  • notice how he tilts his head side to side as he speaks, jeez id love to mash his face into some nyc pavement.

  • Good job...awesome presentation and very helpful, by the way, you are really cute!

  • "Hell's Kitchen" is where Alicia Keys is from....that place is ghetto & dangerous!!!

  • what about the bronx?

  • Harlem, sounds good so far...Ahahahahaha you guys living in NYC are so lucky, you have it all, and lots of means of transportation!

  • T HE UPPER EAST SIDE IS SOOOOO BORING, EXPENSIVE, AND OVERRATED...even if I were rich, I WOULD NOT WANT TO LIVE THERE..I would prefer Harlem or Greenwich Village. At least it's cultural and the people are nice.

  • @67tr876 Well, it's a nice neighborhood if you're middle aged with kids. However, I'm young and prefer a younger, bohemian atmosphere. How old are you anyway? Did you come from one those well-to-do families with a nanny and such? I didn't..so I really don't relate to that.

  • @emergencyexit16 I was born and raised on 5ave, but you see just because that part does not have many bars and such does not mean it sucks you know just take a walk past park ave and you have all the bars in the world up there.

  • @emergencyexit16 well, no, I was talking more about the vibe. Let's face it. The majority of people on the upper east side are old money snobs. At least in the village, the rich people are more down to earth. The upper east side is EXTREMELY elitist. Since you grew up in that atmosphere, you may not be aware of how arrogant upper east siders can be.

  • @emergencyexit16 I know but if you take a walk from park ave over you start to see all the bars and clubs.

  • @emergencyexit16 am 18 now are family owned a wood working and construction company we have been living on the upper east side for over 60 years we are not that rich we just got in when the time was right is all. But I know what you mean a lot of the young rich pepole are kind of nasty sometime's but I dont get brotherd much.

  • Great advice... Thanks

  • can you say.......douche?

  • no1 wants to be there cuzz the air is so contaminated from 9/11 :(

  • you're a dumbass, they cleaned that up in months.. And air moves you dumb shit!

  • @ginazone that rude. just think about al those poor children whom were killed. and all the others. its been years but big thorns leave big scares

  • @heavenlycharm86 Rude? Fuck you idiot.

  • i'd love to move in with him !

  • Who wants to live in a shoebox for that kind of money? You call that living?

    Suckers.

  • what good would a huge house do you in a boring area?

humans dont need nearly as much room as they are making new houses nowdays.

  • everyone does, i'd rather live in a shoebox apartment in NYC than a big house somewhere in alabama or some crapy place like that

  • AMEN!! Can you say... BORING!!! lol

  • @screwston713ivan where should a single 23yr old chick from the country with no car live in NY?

  • @screwston713ivan The people who live in places like New York City or San Francisco tell me in those places you live in the city not your house or apartment.

  • people dnt c it that way home is new york and ur apartment is like ur room plus ur never there so it dnt matter!

  • @leonardbutkiewicz93 lol RIGHT imean your usually gana be out all day and prob eat out and not eat in your home and if u do so, mine as well buy a whole garbage bag full of tv dinners lol

  • @brava344

that's the thing about new york, you don't really spend that much time in your apartment. You're really paying for the neighborhood more than the space. Since there are so many different things to do in new york your apartment really isn't going to be the center of your universe like in many other cities. New York is really unique and for some people it's just not the place they want to live.
