A great old blues song. Apparently Lonnie Donegan's recording of this was banned in the UK as the innuendo was thought to be just a bit too explicit.

Exactly... there are even words by Donegan that I have dropped from my version. e.g.

"I crept up to the window, I thought I heard a moan

I heard somebody say, You suckin' my sweet bone."
