This video made me cry-It reminded me of when my Brother was sent to vietnam and his girlfriend would always cry and pray that he would come home safe ,thank GOD he did. My Dad and Brother are Marines and my other Brother Navy.

There were 4 members. The Shangri-Las consisted of two sets of sisters. Mary Weiss (lead singer) and Elizabeth "Betty" Weiss, as well as identical twins Marguerite "Marge" and Mary Ann Ganser. According to an interview with Mary, at different times, everyone but her left the group for a time. That is why you will see three, and not always the same three, and sometimes four. The one constant was Mary.
