I love this guy! Language changes in a different country over time. So he says "tourko" referring to a turkey you eat, but the yiayia thinks he's referring to the Turks & says "listen here stupid, nothing Turkish is going on this table!" That's part of the comedy even though he probably knows the correct word is "galos."
