  • Hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my m8 got amazing 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • I have fasted before but only for 3 days max. I've tried to go pass the 3 days and I could not. My mind was telling me that I was going to get sick if I went more than 3 days. How in the world do you get to 28 days without eating anything? Just drinking water? Wow!!! Did you pray at all?

  • @sebastiannillc Its a mind trick game. Your body will tell you one thing, but you learn to play mind tricks to get you pass those moments. first 5 days of any fast or detoxic is always the worse. As you feel weak and ill, you body is flushing toxicins, after about a week is when your body start to repair. I listen to audio books alot , read, walk outside, listen to music to keep my mind busy while trying to coupe.

  • I've observed this new eating plan called DietOramy (look on google) - my mother told me she begun utilizing it and already spent handful of pounds, without feeling famished or even fatigued at all... what do you suppose, has anybody used it yet?

  • Hey! Congrads on your determintation and will power! Amazing! I'm about to start my water fast, finished gathering some information that I had looked into, and I'm ready!!! I just wanted to know, from the beginning till the very day you broke your fast, you had lost 32lbs? That's really good, your average size though... I'm larger, so I've read into when your larger you loss more (in the beginning only). As well, when the times you were exhaustated how did you continue on?!!!

  • I need help!! I do ballet but I want to fast.. Should I? I want to fast at first for 3 days-5 days. I dont eat til 4-5pmish anyways so I can fast I just don't know if I will have energy. And do you get hungry?? And do you lose fat first or muscle??

  • i was recently on the diet 2 months ago & i had to stop b/c of school, concentrating,lack of energy etc.. however, that's besides the point i will soon be back on the diet but i need to clearify something with u so i drank 6-8 bottles of water a day and pretty much loused around(since i was on break during this time) my Q is, is it normal to throw up bile everymorning after the first 3-4 days? b/c i would get so nautious and force my self to throw up then i would FEEL WAY better after doing so

  • this is not to be rude at all, but it is so interesting to see how your focus, and speech change during your fast....your mind seems to be working so much more slower here then in your videos when you arent fasting...this just does not seem good for the body

  • Enemas with aloe juice proud chlorophyll was great. I wouldn't dps enemas again either.

  • Depending on your height you might be want your body to weigh 115 or 125. It depends what you want.

  • When you are on a water fast, are you supposed to not exersice? I am hoping to learn enough to do a 28 day water fast myself.

  • @tamisweetie I don't recommend exercising as your heart rate is already increased. You don't even want to be out of breath either...your lungs are already working hard to release toxins so you don't want them getting behind. Also you need to be resting so really nothing more than brisk walk or maybe a minute or two on a rebounder to get the lymph nodes clear. There isn't a need to exercise while fasting.

  • @sweetp888t okay!! But what is a brisk walk? What is a rebounder? And what are lymph nodes? Sorry I have so many questions....

  • @GiGi19sUmax Good luck with your fast!! Just remember to rest when you're not at school. If the fast becomes too much add in a glass of watermelon juice for a quick pick me up. You can buy a smaller melon, chop into chunks, and put in the freezer. That way its not out tempting you & you will have it on hand without chance it will go bad. Then just pull some out and blend with a bit of water. If you don't have a blender just eat it.

  • @GiGi19sUmax I didn't gain it all back but my weight has fluctuated a bit by how close I stayed on my new diet and exercise. All it takes is an actual change of the eating habits and good old exercise!!

  • I..I have a personal..question...I also want to go for a water fast..and I know alot of dexofication occours during this point..but I have to also go to work..etc..so did u experience diareah while on the fast?

  • @christa23able No not at all. Unless you do a flush or take a laxative which I highly recommend not doing.

  • I am starting a water fast tomorrow and will do it for a week. Wish me luck. I don't know if I should vlog my experience or not.

  • @HappyYoungMama No not at all!!! Staying hydrated during fasting is key and hydration really helps bring the skin back. In fact my skin was probably more elastic afterwards :D

  • @kasahg1990 I ended up breaking my fast earlier than I wanted because of boredom. I just tried to stay busy when I had the energy so that when I didn't I could just rest. Sunbathing, skin brushing, meditation, and brisk walking took up a bunch of time as did making my videos and answering comments & questions. You really just need to find what works for you. In todays society we overload on stimulation so a break is nice but is almost too much -laying in a bed all day is just not possible.

  • @TheBigBadWoIf Hi there! Well I do low fat raw vegan and 80-10-10 is Dr Graham's version which is just basically your percentages of carbs/fat/protein. The diet also follows Natural Hygiene guidelines for food. So instead of saying Natural Hygiene guided low fat raw vegan with percent calories as 80/10/10 I just say 80-10-10, 811 or LFRV. Hope this helps!! Let me know if you have any other questions!!

  • @velinguist Haha - no...it was probably just the state my mind & body was in at this point of the fast. I do seem to slur quite a bit in this video...I don't think I do it on a normal basis though.

  • I did a water fast from August 6 to the first day of autumn of this year, and when I broke it off, I too drank orange juice of the organic variety. Whilst I still am fasting I find it less harder to do when I do a variation of water, lemon water, Master Cleanse and the odd juice fast. My plot is to make it as far as November 7th. I hope.

  • @dagodancer1 I kept it off by eating low fat raw vegan and introducing exercise when I was ready. For an individual that must maintain high activity levels I would recommend juicing, green smoothies, or banana island instead of water fasting. These all are extremely beneficial while providing calories for you lifestyle. Good luck to you!!

  • @RasberryCake That's normal :D However can be avoided by drinking more water. Irritation is a sign of liver overload. Also you need to get your mind off the fast & release any stress in life. Take a bath, jump on a trampoline, or do deep breathing to let go....relaxing into the fast can be difficult but is vital to have a positive experience.

  • Hi im doing a fast right now and im actually feeling great very relaxed tired at times but relaxed i think my blood pressure went down.. Anyways i dont want to gain the weigjt back what should i do. Im doing a 10-14 day fast after that i will do a 3 day juice fast then eat fruits an veggies for 3 days then salads and incorporate some meats like egg and chicken then wat shud i do :-/ .. Shud i eat normally but less than before and exercise?

  • @nnditzmiiMariela Hi there!! Relaxing into the fast is one of the most important things you can do :) Your game plan sounds great except for te eggs & meat. Our bodies are not designed to consume those items. You will be reintroducing foreign bodies to your digestive system which will wear it down again & the toxins will build up. I say go vegan with at least 51% of your daily intake coming from fresh whole raw foods. Otherwise all the healing & detox you do will be wasted.

  • @amiihoang @amiihoang I follow 80/10/10 (frugivore - low fat raw vegan diet - although I have had a few non-raw slip ups). I usually have watermelon or oranges for breakfast, banana smoothie for lunch (8 bananas & water), baby greens salad for dinner with non-sweet fruits, snacks are usually dates or apples. I am still trying to get my workout schedule down, the first month I only worked out a couple times but now I'm working out regularly.

  • @CivilWolf Yeah my cheeks aren't puffy! I was looking at my first couple videos & it looks so weird. I have before & after photos but I want to wait until I am at one month post fast to share.
