sorry, I love BED but there is no humane way to harvest deer antler for herbal use, as is the claim when you go to certain websites that sell this. you can absolutely thrive, heal and embody radiance without all of these complex ingredients and without harvesting antlers from live (or dead) deer. Thankfully, you can experience the healing power of the Body Ecology principles without ANY special supplements or pricey foods. I did it myself 13 years ago on solely whole foods made at home. Simple.
The list of ingredients is overwhelming--I agree, but if used for special occasions, maybe not so bad. After finishing up 5 rounds of chemo earlier this year at $10K/treatment--(yes--you heard me right!) the cost of these ingredients is minimal.
One of the ingredients that I'd be careful with if I'm a beginner is deer antler. Deer antler is very "yang" so is considered very "hot". For somebody that is very depleted and lacking in yin or is too "yang", I'd be very careful with the D.A. Better too build the health step by step and perhaps add in the DE toward the end of a program when the body is ready to accept it. Then make sure to use He Shou Wu, or even better, Rehmannia 6 formula to balance the yang of the DA. Cuidate.
Nice idea, as are all the Body Ecology/Baby boomer diet ideas, but apparently staying young and healthy is only for the 1 percent! Who can afford all this stuff?!
i agree. getting and staying healthy can already be so daunting. this drink sounds great but the cost and amount of ingredients necessary is very overwhelming....and yes, unrealistic. BUT, i do appreciate the knowledge he offers and am interested in learning more. So on that note, thank you.... (and all of this said from a writer/mother of two young children with time and money always pressing at her own reality).

How many ingredients are in this thing?? Despite how great it may be, just buying all the ingredients is an unrealistic prospect.
