For a country that is so rich, why is it too hard to provide? it's not. But there's too much corruption. Iranians are struggling for a reform that may never happen. Islamists do not allow secularism and democracy. It never happens. They believe democracy is a western concept that would corrupt their religion. Look at Turkey, after more than a 100 years, still they couldn't maintain it.
