It is possible to subscribe to particular feeds on the online-Spore service and even select individual creations for downloading. I do not want my galaxy to be full of sentient penii.

You can sensor out paricular people. Not much more I know on the topic. I think if people get too out of control with sexual or other things, Maxis would do something.
