ardasev plays this concerto wonderfully...it is a shame that the outer movements are not presented on youtube becausethey are far more interesting. He uses in the main Kurz's transcription rather than simply Dvorak's, although not entirely...the performance by firkusny also on here is of the composer's original which is now more in vogue...the Kurz is a much richer version although purists seem to disuade its use now - it used to be the norm!
