Something like that sometimes happens with Bengal tigers, where sometimes there might be some type of genetic mutation and white Bengal tigers are born. They can't be albinos because most albino animals have pink eyes, since they have no color. But the eyes of these deer look black, so I highly doubt they are albinos.
