  • they should fully staff institutions like this so that all the workers are not loaded with thousands of things to do.

  • I am a former LPN and I worked at a similar, very understaffed home in another state. We had half the LPN's we should have. I shoould have had 35-40 residents to care for, but I usuallyhad 50 or 75. I had to leave.
