My US Legal Services is a great case management team. I had actually met with a another lawyer prior to sitting down with My US Legal Services and was totally turned off. The lawyer was more interested in how much money he was going to make off of me if we won vs. actually trying to help me. I saw the segment on KCRA 3 and called them up. US Loan Auditors was really great and they set me up with a great case management team from My US Legal Services. I am very happy with their services.
I am somewhat happy with US Loan Auditors. I liked my fraud investigator but the audit took 5 weeks (which seems long). I was hoping I would walk in, tell me I have a case and the whole process would be over in a week. Not so but they explained that there is a lot of research that goes into the audit.
I have had a really positive experience with them so far. They definitely know what they are doing and are really honest and upfront. So far, so good.
I just received a letter in the mail from US Loan Auditors. I definitely need some help but am uncertain about them. I am going to do research but word of mouth is always the best advertisement. Anybody have any experience with them? Good or bad?
@JasperHarrisy My experience wasnt as great. I didnt see eye to eye with my rep at all and I felt that I had to keep calling him to get some answers. I felt out of the loop but he later explained that most of my questions were legal questions and that he couldnt advise me legally which made sense. I still signed up with them but my case still hasnt settled so I am waiting (and crossing my fingers!)
My US Legal Services is wonderful! I was so nervous about doing this because I have never had to deal with any legal issues before in my life. Meeting with a lawyer always sounded scary to me. However, My US Legal Services made me feel really comfortable and really took the time to explain to me how things were going to happen. I didnt feel like they were talking down to me. Overall, it was a really good experience.
I have experience with them. I hired them about 7 months ago and my case just got settled. I actually had two homes that I hired them to represent me for and I won for both homes (I would explain more but the lender gave me a gag order :-(. I am actually very happy with their services.
Hey! I am doing the same thing (research that is). I see a lot of positive comments but also found some negative ones. Does anyone have any experience with them first hand?
I had a good experience with US Loan Auditors. They were really helpful in helping me figure out what my next step should be. I am doing some more research on them, but I think that I will be signing up with them. The most important thing that most people dont realize is that there are two companies. US Loan Auditors does the audits only and My US Legal Services is the case management and they have the attorney network.
I actually paid them money to fight my case and when they took it to the lawyers (legal side-My US Legal Services), the lawyers actually said that they couldnt fight it in court. They refunded me my money within a week. I am irritated that they said that they could help but then turned around and said that they couldnt but I guess I am better off knowing now versus later. I am still in a bad situation though. Anybody out there got any other suggestions? I am about to just walk!
I have to agree. I have been a client for the last 5 months and at first it was difficult to get anybody to call me back (from the legal side) and now they have a client services that will address my concerns. It is 100% better.
Yes...I do. I actually asked my USLA rep about this and he said that they are continuously improving the business and customer service. I myself have had no problems what so ever.
1.There seem to be a lot of talk about this company. I have seen some "not so positive" reviews (posted about 6 months) but the more current comments seem to be a lot better. Does anybody have any insight into this?
