  • The part 1:05 I remember the scene in Evil Dead 2 when Henrietta out of cellar pulling the Annie's hair!

  • Best piece of the soundtrack. Creepy, but brilliant.

  • @JamesBondFan001 This is my favorite of the movie too, creepy, brilliant and evil!! I like it even more than Ave Satani! This one really gives a satanic feeling.

  • @Griefshire16 yeah, cool

  • Love this song. Perfect musical depiction of the scene.

0:00-1:20 Father Brennan walks through the park as wind slowly reaches its peak

1:21-2:07 Lightning strikes and the storm is complete; Brennan flees for the church

2:08-2:23 Brennan climbs over the church gate while the choir belittles his futile efforts to survive

2:24-2:41 Brennan can't get inside; his fate is sealed

2:42-2:51 Lightning hits the spire and it falls, impaling Brennan

Too bad it's not fully played in the movie.

  • since he was "born" around 2006

  • probably 2036

  • the remake of this was so lame compared with the original.

  • Creep Factor 10!

  • damn thexy gotta bring musik like this in new horror movies . best thing would be theyd make them like they used to ......

  • year 4000 the big battle JESUSCHRIST VS SATAN!

  • @superakuma1 sir isaac newton predicted 2060 ,more like 2020

  • @superakuma1 Year 5000.

  • @superakuma1 its 2012 not 4000 :P

  • @darthbinks99 yes i have, but not in a while now. the impaled priest bit was horrid (in a good way), but that bit under the ice, well my spine stil tingles over that. its one of my fave scenes in all of the omen movies

  • this is the bit where hes under the ice, isnt it? that bit freaked me out

  • @511gillymot "Broken Ice" is the name of the cue for that scene... it was in Damien:Omen II

  • Can i find somewhere the sheet of this??

  • Can i found somewhere the sheet of this??

  • Happy Halloween!!! This is my favorite movie of all time!!!

    The Wizard of BOD

  • I remember hearing this in Omen 4 with the unholy choir popping out of nowhere. I just finished a whole marathon of the Omen films, and the part when one choir member ragefully flipped the crucifix was, in my opinion, the best 5 seconds of the whole damn franchise.

  • "The enemies of Man cannot stand before us! For the Emperor!"

    - The Grey Knights

  • That idiot priest just stood there when the spire fell. There's a thing called moving to the left.

  • @Videot01 fright would make a man loose all complete sense.

  • in the top 2 soundtracks of all time

  • @krish32e1 multiple anti-christs, really? i do belife that the bible says that there will be only one then followed by the serpant, get your shit straight before you preach to people. and don't coment on sometihng you don't like its not polite nor does it follow the golden rule "love they Lord with all thy soul heart and mind, and treat thy neighbor as thyself."

  • @ myself

    *believe

  • There's no reason why they couldnt use this in the 2006 remake.

  • @DerekBayRoberts1 There is. It's called copyright

  • @jarnovanderwerff

But they used the same "Halloween" theme from 1978/1981 for the Rob Zomble remakes. How did Rob Zombie get away from not being sued for it?

  • @DerekBayRoberts1

    He obviously must've asked permission.

  • I think the whole OST is amazing and a masterpiece. This one in particular is incredible, the way the sopranos sing frights me soo much!

  • @mizuru1993 It's OK! Think Waylon, you'll be fine!

  • If it weren't for the repugnant pop music of the last fifty years, particularly the 80's, Gregorian chanting and/or prominent string and percussion influences would still be frequently used in contemporary horror film scores instead of all this heavy metal crap curtesy of Michael Bay, aka the anti-Christ.

Speaking of aforementioned 80's music; if I could go back in time my one main priority would be to kill Elisha Gray for inventing the bloody synthesizer!

  • @SIngli6 Then i would go back in time and prevent you from destroying the most important invention since fire.

  • @Schoppaul

    You must be joking!

  • I've always got to imagining soundtracks in other movies, and right now I'm picturing what scene this music would fit in Stephen King's IT - probably the scene where IT meets Henry Bowers in the asylum

  • @Korincus I think Ave Satani might fit better, but that's just opinions.

  • Everyone kinda doubts that Damien is actually the Antichrist (for some unusual reasons best known to themselves - the evidence is right there: Damien means ''Tamer'' because he tames mankind, as seen in the third film) and even Robert doubts that his stepson is the Antichrist, but I reckon at THIS point I'd be suspicious. I mean, the priest knew the truth, and now he's dead. And when Jennings dies I guess it cliches it.
