Out of the supposed 47 million uninsured, about 12 million are illegal immigrants, 17 million make over 50K, 10 million make 75K. Poor people can get medicaid. We just need to allow competition across state lines and get rid of some of the mandates gov't has put on insurance companies already. Americans want the healthcare bill repealed.
