Omg I just got the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels and it is kicking my butt. It is really hard but I think its really good too! :) I also got Banish Fat Boost Metabolism by Jillian Michaels, I really like that one too. With her workouts she says don't take breaks but I do to drink water or whenever I feel like I need to. You just need to listen to your body.
