I sympathize with all the Matos fans, I agree he is an amazing vocalist and Angra made amazing compositions with him. However, there is no denying that Edu Falaschi is a very talented musician and the music that Angra has made with Edu is much more varied, versatile and original. Temple of Shadows is by far the best album by all standards and that is due to the collective effort of the band to make it as masterful and profound as they could... Matos never bothered trying different styles

Agreed regarding the vocalists. I have to add that they are too different to compare.

However Fireworks differs quite from Angels Cry and Holy Land. So does at least the 2nd Shaman album, not to mention virgo.

Regarding ToS: It has great songs for shure, but I always wondered why, for a concept album, there seems to be no connection between the songs, except in the texts.

@Kain4e I don't see this independent song thrown in an onrdinary album. What I see in ToS is the best cd angra has ever produced. But that's just my opinion... :)

In studio, falaschi is way beter then andre. It has been proved that andre is waaay beter live, and that's true, but angra never had an entirely good album as ToS is.

No you are not the only one but you ve got to know that those days were.... different and i think voices like Mattos nowdays are not acceptable from the musical industry anymore. They are too metal if you know what i mean.

Bands that changing the vocalists are changing their chemistry.Andres voice with Kikos and Rafaels composings were too good to be true.
